Payments Required:

  1. We charge an Administration Fee of £60.00, payable in advance, for taking up references and preparing the Tenancy Agreement.
  2. A deposit, usually equivalent to one months rent, is payable at the commencement of the tenancy. (However, for furnished properties some landlords may require an increase in the deposit). The deposit is refundable at the end of the tenancy subject to the terms of the tenancy agreement.
  3. The first month’s rent is also payable at the commencement of the tenancy.
